一前同事問我,設(shè)備的一個內(nèi)卡(孔用彈性擋圈)壞了,采購買回來后,發(fā)現(xiàn)比原來的要厚些,也比擋圈槽的寬度厚一點(diǎn),裝不上去,并問采購買回來的是不是非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件。
我告訴他,有些擋圈的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)厚度有3種,舊標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(1986年標(biāo)準(zhǔn))厚度、新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(2017年標(biāo)準(zhǔn))厚度,新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的擋圈又分為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型擋圈厚度和重型擋圈厚度,它們的厚度關(guān)系是:新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)重型擋圈厚度>新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型擋圈厚度>舊標(biāo)準(zhǔn)擋圈厚度。
彈性擋圈是一種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件,分為孔用彈性擋圈和軸用彈性擋圈。彈性擋圈也叫卡簧,孔用彈性擋圈也叫內(nèi)卡,軸用彈性擋圈也叫外卡。
彈性擋圈的舊標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有4個,分別是:
GB/T 893.1-1986《孔用彈性擋圈 A型》
GB/T 893.2-1986《孔用彈性擋圈 B型》
GB/T 894.1-1986《軸用彈性擋圈 A型》
GB/T 894.2-1986《軸用彈性擋圈 B型》
A型是用板材-沖切工藝制造,B型是用線材-沖切工藝制造,同規(guī)格的擋圈其厚度相同。
GB/T 893.1-1986《孔用彈性擋圈 A型》的規(guī)格范圍是8~200,擋圈厚度范圍是0.4~3;GB/T 893.2-1986《孔用彈性擋圈 B型》的規(guī)格范圍是20~200,擋圈厚度范圍是1~3;GB/T 894.1-1986《軸用彈性擋圈 A型》的規(guī)格范圍是3~200,擋圈厚度范圍是0.4~3;GB/T 894.2-1986《軸用彈性擋圈 B型》的規(guī)格范圍是20~200,擋圈厚度范圍是1~3。
后來,舊標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T 893.1-1986和GB/T 893.2-1986被新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T 893-2017替代,舊標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T 894.1-1986和GB/T 894.2-1986被新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T 894-2017替代。
新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T 893-2017和GB/T 894-2017的彈性擋圈也分A型和B型,其中A型是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型彈性擋圈,包括舊標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的A型和B型,并且增加了部分型號(200-300)。B型是重型擋圈,是新增加的。新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)擋圈的厚度與舊標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相比,大部分規(guī)格是厚度增加,小部分規(guī)格是厚度不變,個別規(guī)格是厚度減少。部分相同規(guī)格的擋圈厚度有3種尺寸,有關(guān)擋圈厚度新舊標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的對比見附圖。
因設(shè)計(jì)人員可能是按舊標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)的,也有可能是按新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)的,因此,在選擇擋圈時,一定要按技術(shù)說明去配置擋圈,或者測量擋圈槽的寬度,查標(biāo)準(zhǔn)去選擇正確厚度的擋圈。
